As I may have mentioned before, this is the first year I am living in my own apartment with my boyfriend. We've set out on our first mini-garden. I really enjoyed having a Christmas tree in the house which has started my newfound interest in having plants around. Not having a backyard has forced us to make do with the space we have available on our balcony. To be honest with you, we have no idea what we're doing but the experience should help us learn for when we eventually have some actual land to plant on. Hopefully they'll survive for as long as possible - but they looked nice enough today for some photos. Anyone have any gardening recommendations?
